READING UNIT 2.

READING SDA 2. FOOD.

Hello!!!! My name is  Terry. I like cooking. I usually help my dad in the kitchen, my dad is good at cooking. He sometimes follows the recipe from the internet. Our favourite   recipe is the  vanilla biscuits.

I always make croissants on my birthday and now we are making some croissants  because  today  is my birthday.

First I  need some  butter,  but  there  is not any, we have to buy.  We have some  flour, some  sugar  and  some  eggs  but   there are not any  nuts  and there is not  any  honey,  we   do  not need  any  juice.

Second  I   beat the eggs and  I  mix the eggs and the milk with  four bowls of flour. I  chop the butter in small pieces and finally I mix everything  together , then  I  cover it  and I  wait  to  be  cold.

Third, I   heat  the oven at 200 degrees  and I bake the croissants.
